I recently had my car in for repairs from an auto accident. When I received the estimate I was told three four days the work would be completed. I was also told I would be receiving daily telephone calls on the update of my car as well as an email but the email would be very generic, which it was. Four days went by no phone call, I called an inquired what time I could pick my car up since it's been four days and was told it was dismantled and that it would take another week. Very frustrated I accepted the response. When I first brought the car in for repair I also asked if the rest of the car could be buffed to remove minor scratches at my cost, not the insurance. I was told of course we can can you tomorrow and give you an estimate. Never received that call until I inquired about it on day four. My response via email was we are just too busy to buff out the scratches and suggested I took it to another body shop to have done. After another week went by I inquired again since no one was calling me about my car. This time I received the response well were almost done but will need an additional three to four days, we are really backed up with all the cars that were damaged due to the recent rainfall/ floods. Keep in mine my car has been in their hands well before the first rain drop even fell and should have been completed. I was then told we are down several men and can't get to your car. The next day I went to the shop to visually see my car. The car was completely dismantled and was told it would be ready by Monday three days later. I am writing this because I felt that my car was not a top priority and was never informed of the progress throughout the repairs after being promised they would. The car was done almost ten days after they said it would be and the car looks great, no problems there but the customer service lacked a great deal. As a result there was an increased cost due to the extended rental car and frustration on me due to again the lack of communication. I personally would not recommend the auto body shop not because of the work but because of the poor customer service. Hope it improves,

Most of the work was commendably good and I would have been completely satisfied had it not been for a somewhat minor lack of attention when it came to adding the decal to the dark blue rear bumper. A few whitish specs were trapped between the decal and the bumper proper which, in my opinion, detracted from the overall look.
