Factory Finish Collision Center

I dropped off my 2014 GMC 7 weeks ago and it's still not fixed. I have repeatedly ask how much longer and I get lied to with the same answer. "Next week sometime." This is the first time I have ever given a poor review but this business has shown a level of incompetence that leaves me stunned and angry. I was told that they would look at my truck again and the Mgr said that he would call me in the morning. Another lie. I called them and they would come to the phone. I was informed that I could expect the call right after their lunch hour. Another lie. No call until the following day and it's still not fixed. I called the dealership and I was told that they have nothing to do with this body shop. I'm going to track down someone higher up who can release my truck and I will take it to another body shop who can honor their word and fix a vehicle in well under 7 weeks. I'm done dealing with this shop. My next complaint about this shop is to the BBB. This will be another first for me complaining to the BBB. This shop has broken the record for being unworthy of any serious business from me. You should be looking for a good body shop. This one not interested in keeping business, schedules and most importantly their word. Chapin road body shop is the one that I'm talking about. The other body shops under this name aren't who I'm talking about. You might have better luck with a different location.
