My vehicle repairs took significantly longer than needed, and the customer service experience with the representative I dealt with, Janine, was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Unfortunately the experience was so unprofessional I spoke with the Manager and provided a detailed complaint. I could not in hood faith recommend this facility based on this experience.

To start with, I’d looked at thier reviews before taking my vehicle here and some of them did not sit well with me but, after getting vehicle done here, I am over whelmed with the results! The gas line was completely unhooked and hanging on the inside of the side panel. The front bumper did not have the plate guard & covering on it. The inside liter is not working a long with the rear lighter plug is also inoperable. I’m not satisfied at all.
