There was clear engaging communication regarding my Auto. I felt all involved from the front office customer service rep to my assigned advisor Brandon was as concerned as I toward getting my Auto back to its true form. All my concerns were immediately addressed.

The customer service was horrible. Lawanda did not have a pleasant attitude when answering the phone. Kristyn was extremely sarcastic and defensive. Also, Kristyn sent emails without any update on the progress of my vehicle. I had to reach out to Kristyn first before I received calls since she had tried one time previously to reach me and my phone's voicemail box was full. The truck does not look like the same truck that was on my vehicle before the accident. I asked on a few occasions to receive an email or at least for Kristyn to tell me what Kind of trunk was purchased. I paid for not only a service but a chance to experience an excellent customer service. My car is definitely not riding the same as it did before the accident as promised by the representatives at Abra. I would definitely not recommend anyone to Abra because I don't want anyone to feel as uncomfortable as I felt asking about the progress of my vehicle, while my vehicle was being shopped at Abra.
