One of the replacement parts were damaged when Abra received it. Instead of trying to make the damaged peice work; they immediate contacted their vendor and got another, undamaged replacement part ASAP. During the entire process Justine kept me informed and up to date. When I retrieved my vehicle, it was in excellent shape, and fully cleaned.

I like the way they update u daily on the work progress of the job being done and love the fact that they cleaned the vehicle up so well hefore returning it to me. the only complaint is the receptionist at this particular location is so brash and put offish she comes off as being rude to me don't know what others think or feel about her but if you're are people's first introduction to a company or business then you should be a lit more friendlier and approachable atleast smile even if you're treating the person/people like crap or like they just took something from you, just her way of greetung me almist made me walk out the door and take my business elsewhere. on the other side ti that Steve was great to deal/work with a friendly and helpful person from start to finish. would I recommend abra to anyone else a different lication yes but not this one in particular not to deal with such a rude receptionist when you first walk in the door. no way no how ut should not be that way as they say first impressions and she makes a bad first impression of the company.

The "updates" that came through the texts were not helpful at all. I had to call to find out that there was a delay because the insurance company hasn't gotten back about some additional repaired that were needed. I got several texts throughout the first week after I brought my car in that said "don't worry everything is fine." Then I got a phone message a week and a half after I dropped my car off saying they were just starting the repairs. If the texts aren't actually going to tell me what's happening with my car them I would suggest not using them anymore because they just got me frustrated.

Our only complaint is that Abra did not do anything we wanted outside of the damage. We had hoped that we could have knocked out some other small items while our car was already in the shop.
