Missed promissed date, it took 10 days instead of 3, paperwork was entered on the system wrongfully stating that I should pay the deductible eventhough the State Farm insured was at fault and they (state farm) referred me to your shop as part or their network, your representative at day of delivery firmly would not release the car unless I contacted state farm which thankfully answered the phone on a friday night at 530 unlike the person who made the paperwork mistake Who happen to be on vacation, according to the front desk person... my experience with your shop was not great, bumber does not look like pre accident condition (contrary to your advertisements) it is misaligned. Communication with your employees is vary vague and not acertive. I will not return to your shop and have to look at a missaligned bumber because I dont want to deal with you again, and do not contact me.

Tire pressure light was on when I left the shop. I was told it would reset itself if I drove the car around for awhile. So far, it has not reset itself.
