Scott was OUTSTANDING!!! Communication was excellent. I liked the email updates. I wish it had been done sooner but govenntne holiday timing I understand the timeline. I am glad they worked so hard to be sure it was done right.

I’m disappointed that my replacement bumper cover was not completely securely attached and now I need to return to have a technician fix it. What’s even more surprising is that the car was returned to me in this condition and no one noticed, and I had to be the one to point it out.

My car looks great...you’d never know that it was damaged. What could have been a very stressful experience actually was free of anxiety. Everyone at Chilton was kind and helpful and my car was completed in a timely manner. Thank you!

You sent me a text yesterday at 7:00 a m to tell me the work was completed and I would get a call to let me know what time I could pick up my car. I called at 10 and again around 12:30 asking when I could pick up my car. I was told it would be ready before 5;00. By 4:30, I called and said I had plans for early evening and to call me the next morning to let me know when my car would be ready. Fortunately, I had a rental so I decided I would go about my business and get my car whenever I heard from you. Finally got a call today around 12:30 that my car was ready. Why in the world would you text me at 7:00 am when the car wasn't going to be ready until the next day?? You need to fix that. The car looks good and everything else was fine.
