Efficiency, my car rear bumper was dented by hitting. Chilton just took one day to fix it. My car rear bumper looks like a brand-new. They perform a high skillful work. Their staff David is very friendly too.

I had used this facility 2 years ago, and I was pleased with the service, the people and the repairs. Although there were new staff, they exhibited the same level of customer service as I've been used to from all Chilton Autobody shops. I would recommend this facility without any hesitation. The company that replaced my tires kept my wheel lock so when I tried getting my tires replaced, I couldn't & had to reschedule for the following day. I also asked to have the wheel lock key delivered to me because it was such an inconvenience to begin with, I was told no. (I was working 15 mins away from the shop) Both times I brought my car in for repair it took more than 2 weeks beyond the estimated time to repair and I had to pay for the rental car costs.

Parts is not installed, bumper (related part) is no installed correctly. Color does not match my body color. Repair works are not professional at all.
