My car was there for a week, but no repair was done because of “prior damage.” I pointed out the prior damage when I brought the car in. Of course I planned to pay for that part of the repair myself. After a week I was told that because of the partnership with State Farm, you would not repair my car! So, no work was done on my car at all.
