You will be hearing from me tomorrow. There are scuff marks dented in my steering wheel, the subwoofer in my car was pulled out of place and not put back, my trunk was completedly messed up including the carpet, and there is a significant slash in my back right tire. This is unacceptable considering cost of repairs and these are damages that occurred after my car was dropped off.

Andre was great, but it was a chore getting scheduled with your front desk and obtaining car rental approval from the insurance company, AAA. Arrived early for 8 AM drop-off appointment and front office entrance was locked and dark until almost 8:15. Staff explained "their meeting ran over", so several customers, including myself, were just waiting in the parking lot. Repairs appear OK, but customer service needs work.

The repairs were good and the person managing our case was great. Howeve, they have a mess inside the car. Things are so dirty. No care in keeping the car inside clean. They should have cleaned the inside.
