Justin Elkins was very helpful every step 9f the way. After looking over the damages of my car he ensured me everything would be fixed. He was also very helpful in keeping me updated throughout the process which I really liked. After a couple of weeks I came back to see my car and it looked good as new. I'll definitely be recommending Abra for its professionalism and top customer service skills

First off I want to say that my car looks and drives great! Feels like a whole new car since the last time I drove it and it has over a hundred thousand miles on it, I couldn't be happier with the look and performance. Jasmine, who was the agent that kept me updated and informed while my repairs were underway, did an awesome job of making it a seamless experience. I will certainly be going back if I ever need any work done to my vehicle in the future.

My car was in the shop after I was hit by another driver (Allstate insured) - having my car in the shop was inconvenient to say the least, and Justin went out of this way to keep me updated on the status of my vehicle and was returne to me as soon as possible.
