I had to go to a discount tire and buy a air pressure gage because they forgot to put mine back in. Cost me an additional $80. And it took over 2 weeks when it was supposed to be for 5 days.

I think that you did a good job however; You needed an additional day to put my car through "detail and cleaning ". I picked my car up dirty. Paying 2400.00, I expected my car to truly be clean. Especially when it takes an additional day for cleaning. Communication was good through via text. That's about all I can say. Also, the rep that was assigned my car enforced that "You better give me a good review. This is how I get paid!!!!!!,,,,, and I know where you live." That was interpreted to me as a terroristic threat........ I am a CEO of a healthcare company, and definitely think that was totally unacceptable....... This is Buckhead....,,,, not Decatur Solomon

From the check in process and throughout the repair, I was well informed and kept up to date. During the last day of repairs, there was a slight communication snafu but nothing that required an elevation of blood pressure. I did read comments about ABRA that made me nervous, however, none of those reviews came to light. Being back in my car after 5 days is wonderful! Thank you for having the claims office and the rental car company located at your repair shop! Smart move!

Andre took phenomenal care of me. He called when he said he would, gave clear and concise updates using non-technical jargon and went above and beyond to get the job done, saving me hundreds of dollars. I'm a customer for life because of Andre. Thank you, Andre! Additionally, the ABRA team was also incredibly flexible, allowing me to pick up my vehicle once I returned to the US. I appreciate the team's hard work.
