I have to say the reception service was unbelievable. I had an 11 AM appointment and I called to see if I could come drop off sooner. I must've gotten a hold of the centralized call center because they said it would be fine. When I got to my local location it was clear they were slammed and that it had not been communicated to them that I was dropping off early. The reception team didn't sit on their hands though; they worked me in early and got me out the door within 30 minutes. Great team that really put the customer first. Thank you so much!!

I had such a pleasant experience with everyone I encountered at Abra. The staff is very knowledgeable and provided great customer service. They are very fast and had my car ready the very next day. I also really liked the email status updates and follow up calls so that I wasn't left wondering about the status of my car. I did receive an email saying my completion date was going to be almost a week from when I dropped it off, so I was pleasantly surprised that it was ready the next day! Will be recommending Abra to anyone who needs body work. Thanks!

You (all) are GREAT! From the moment I called for an appointment, getting a quote, to dropping off my car, getting a rental, and my daily updates by phone and text messages; and, then dropping off my rental car and picking up my car, the ABRA teaming surprises and delights.
You obliously think a lot about customer experience and have nailed it.
If you offered other services, I would buy from you.
My only suggestion, make your waiting area as hip as a Starbucks.

I'm completely satisfied with my whole experience. Chase, Tyler Miles, and Harrison Davis made sure my car got back to me in a timely manner and I was kept updated on the status of my car. I was stressed walking into the shop, but Tyler made sure any questions I had were answered before handing me off to Chase who took a me through the process my car would go through and made sure I was prepared to be patient as the extra effort was put in to bring my car back to like new conditions..and it's definitely like new.
