The process was great for about a week; the staff would call me everyday and tell me what was going on and how my car was doing. Eventually, that all stopped. I would call and ask, then someone would tell me to hang on and he/she would ask and find out and call me back. Either I wouldn't get a phone call back, or they would call my parents, even though they had my name and phone number in the system.

My accident actually happened in the parking lot outside of Abra. As soon as I realized someone had hit my parked car Taylor from Abra was right behind me. He offered excellent advice about what my next steps should be even though I was not yet a customer but I could see the standard of customer service that Abra had to offer and I was impressed.
