Incredibly poor experience overall. Attempted to pickup 4 times with significant issues each time ... 4 weeks for a 6 day job. As a small sample, here is the email I had to send to get some Executive visibility on the issues: Scott, We have been having some significant issues getting our vehicle fixed correctly at the Atlanta, GA (Buckhead) location. We have been invited to pick up our car no fewer than 4 times at this point. Each time we have found significant and obvious issues ranging from overspray, seams exposed, wheel damage unfixed, fibers in the paint, clear coat drip on wheel arch and thin / inconsistently applied clear coat. After the last inspection attempt this past Friday we were under the impression that our vehicle would be made a priority to fix and correct the issues. However, I received a call this evening indicating that the car had not re-entered the shop yet today and that they were going to start over and do the job right this time (inferred that this means several more days without our vehicle ... or weeks given our current trajectory). At this point, being without the vehicle is becoming secondary to the time we are individually wasting following up on the process and visits to inspect the car. Additionally, I will need to visit again tomorrow to switch the rental contract to Abra because our insurance coverage for the vehicle has either run out or Abra has informed our insurance company (USAA) that the work has been completed. I am hoping that you can refer our case to someone who can help shepherd this to a satisfactory and expedient conclusion. M

First off, I was given updates practically daily about my car: she's practically perfect. After your car is Stolen, you want to know when she is finished, not how she's found when she's away. My rental car sheet says it will be finished. My car is taken on:June 12th, and I received it on Tuesday, July 1st. Lastly and worse: my car was dirty. The ash tray has cigarettes in it, the the console had the whopper chocolate candy smushed into it, the rear view mirror was black. The biggest question (after I found the cosmetic damage and the fact that the TPMS light on (and the brakes a little shaky) was this: did anyone step into my car as if it was their own? Did they look around and see that there were issues that the OWNER might find different? Do we EVEN care about the owner of this car and how she will feel when this car is given back?! The trunk has things .. Things that are NOT mine! A gas can, a flat spare tire. Water soaked things that aren't even mine. Did anyone even look in the trunk?! Glad I didn't find a **** dead body!

Tamara **** did an absolutely fantastic job of taking care of me and keeping me fully informed throughout the process. She was very pleasant, personable, & professional throughout the process. The same can be said about Natasha & the other young lady at the front desk. And the repairs were done in a very timely fashion. My car looks great! It was an all around positive experience. I will be recommending ABRA!
