The availability of rental cars the day I left my vehicle was a challenge. Suggest that a variety of economical, fuel efficient mid-size vehicles be available. Extremely small (Prius) and large (Chrysler 300) are not the kind of cars conducive for Atlanta traffic in my opinion.

If you state you will wash and vacuum the car, do it right or don't do it at all. Let a little clean up be a nice bonus for customers but nothing you advertise. Kejuan was an excellent service rep.
