My experience has always been pleasant. One thing though, the dust from the work area gets into the lobby with us customers and makes us cough. The lady who works the front desk she coughs as well. I do not think that is healthy.

Quality of work exceeded my expectations. Although I appreciated being updated by the daily texts, they weren't specific enough about the process to be useful and were more of an annoyance. Not that I NEEDED the updates, I just prefer an update ONLY if it has concrete information in it.
Otherwise, your contact system was quite good and I would return in the future.
