Once you guys call and have confirmation that the car is ready and you know is being picked up that morning. The wash off of the car should be complete. After repair front bumper was distinctly lighter color than the rest of the car. The store manager first tried to persuade me that it was the original color of the car and they painted only one repaired spot and not the whole bumper but after I confronted him that they charged more paint for that "spot", than for the whole rear bumper they replaced he agreed to repaint the front bumper.
Repair and repaint time where reasonable also waiting time to start repair was over one month. The end result was good but took a lot of my time and energy

This was my second opportunity of service from ABRA. And as with the first time, the service was EXCELLENT!! The professionalism and courtesy of the staff is bar none. I was kept inform. My vehicle was repaired in a very timely manner just like the first time. If/whenever I need auto body repair work I would not trust my vehicle with any other auto body service.
