Bill Wotocek is an excellent customer service professional who went out of his way to put some extra paint on my car and see that some spots were cleaned and patched. I really enjoy all the work that was done to my car it looks brand new. Abra workers did a great job with the repairs. My somewhat rare car, which I bought new, was rear ended. I was extremely concerned. May I say that every individual I dealt with at this ABRA location was top notch. They moved me from a very concerned to a very trusting status. The continual updates, both via text messages and phone updates from the most excellent and sincere Customer Service Manager, we're excellent. I would most highly recommend this specific location of ABRA and certainly the company.

I'm completely impressed with the work done on my car; the paint matches, the work was done quickly, and I love the added perk of the interior cleaning once repairs are done. However, I had a few issues with the front desk. First, I was put on hold for about 10 minutes total just to make an appointment. I then got a call from ABRA asking when I'd like to make an appointment. When I called back, my original appointment had never made it on the books, and so I rebooked. Still, when I showed up, it still seemed like a surprise. Today I received no call informing me my car was ready, and instead had to follow up on the ambiguous text. I was told to call the Roswell location, where a rep there informed me my car was, indeed, ready at Buckhead and had been since Friday evening. I called Buckhead back and told them as much, and was told, "Oh, yeah--it's been here since Friday. We didn't call you. Sorry!" Again, I want to express how pleased I am with the work done on my car, but the miscommunication from the front desk was rather frustrating.
