Richie was extremely thorough in explaining all the details of my car's repair. I appreciated his text message updates throughout the repair process, in addition to the automated texts. He made it clear that he would ensure I was 100% satisfied with everything. I also appreciated him cleaning up the car before returning it to me.

Richie was the best. From start to finish he made the entire experience enjoyable and easy. He was knowledgeable and kept me informed through the entire process. He walked me through the repairs and assured me several times that if I should have any questions or concerns he would address them. I didn't bc he had already covered everything without my having to ask. He's a great asset.

I was thrilled the location off of S 1st Street honored the original estimate quoted by an exited employee. The only thing I can comment is ETA time I was told at 4pm my vehicle would be ready and it was not ready till after 4pm. I was happy with the staffs treatment very friendly and accommodating. I would still recommend you all to others.

I dealt with Richie and he was great! He kept me updated on the status of my car. He explained everything to me clearly and worked with the insurance company to make sure that I was satisfied. I'm so glad I came to this service king for service! He also hustled and got my car to me sooner than expected! It is employees like him that will keep me coming back.
