The staff were very polite friendly and informative. I felt safe leaving my vehicle with them. I was very pleased with the service. Fred kept me updated and allowed me to pick up my vehicle after hours due to me having work which was greatly appreciated

The work on my 2006 Honda Civic looks great...like new. Amazing paint and detail results. I haven't been driving to much since I got it back 3 days ago, but the handling i.e. alignment of front end and wheel shock on right side, is noticeably like new. Your staff, including in the office, treated me very professional at the same time like family. I was kept up to date with email reports and if I needed to, I could have asked for assistance at any time. This was the first time to take a car to body & paint, other than hail and deer damage, and I will use your business again if I need to. Driving safely in Austin Texas is getting more of a challenge than ever and as I get older makes me want a chauffeur. Have a Great Day and Thanks Susan D

Excellent customer service! Fred really took the time to explain everything to me, I received texts and emails daily updating me on the progress of my car. Service King did a fabulous job and I even got my car back sooner then expected. Service Kibg really made this experience much more pleasant and easy. Thank you!
