Abra Auto Body Repair of America - Mt. Moriah

I have a chrome tire rim but you all replaced it with a plastic rim of some sort. This is all afyi spoke with Maury and we verified I didn't want the tires altered and or repaired because I have tire insurance for that but I was asked to pay an extra $80 for that. This wasn't the worst experience but it wasn't the best either. I do believe it was a break down in communication some where.

Had it for a week to fix minor damage. Was notified to pick it up and repaired bumper had very noticeable paint chip. Clearly no one reviewed the work after it was complete. Had to leave it to be fixed again.

The molding on the window is not right, the molding on the door was not fixed and the hindges on the post were not replaced or repaired. Door also looks out of line at the top

The service I received was excellent. The staff was very friendly. I received text messages and phone calls throughout the repair process. They were thorough and took the time to insure the work was done right. When my car was ready Lee explained the work that was completed and told me to bring it back in should any issues arise related to the repairs. It's convenient that Geico is onsite and the rental location is nearby. I used Abra in the past and I am completely satisfied with their work once again.

I love the work that was done. I understand that when you guys give estimate dates that time of completion can change but about 4days straight the guy will tell me that my vehicle will be ready the next day but then he would call the following day saying that he need another day. So each day he call I’ll expect my vehicle to be finished but instead it’s him pushing the date back. It’s fine once or twice but 4 times is unacceptable. Then on the day it’s finally finished he calls me to let me know my vehicle is complete and ready to go. I notify him right then that I’m going to be on my way to pick it up kind you I live about 1hour & 30mins out. So we hang up and I’m getting ready to leave then he calls me right back saying that he needs a few hours to get the clear coat on. If you still have work to complete on my vehicle then it’s clearly not finished. The employee name is Marvin that works in Memphis at the one off Mount Moriah road. Other than that he took great care of me I definitely would come again if I needed work done. I would work with Marvin as well if it was my choice. Great guy! Thanks!

Enjoyed the friendly experience of the receptionist. The are really professional in how they are informative about your business. David the sale representative kept me aware of my truck . Abra was very timely .
