After my 2013 Honda Pilot was picked up after 4 weeks with Abra it broke down on the way to work. I was patient while waiting and received frequent updates. However I fully expected the car to be completely repaired and suspect my engine was damaged during the body work at Abra. The updates were good but are irrevelant it I can't drive the car. My customer experience was unsatisfactory.

Communication was poor. Was not given information as to what exactly had to be done. Promised calls were not returned. Told car completed and it wasn’t. Received a text to pick up car and again it wasn’t done. Was promised a call back by certain time and it did not happen. I had to call to get updates. I was told car was put back together and was reDy for cleaning go when it was not even near that process. Very very poor communication and I am afraid workmanship is not to be trusted.

I was promised by Cole that I would get a brand new door for my 2018. I got only a shell. No one bothered to go over completed car details. They just took deductible gave me my keys and sent me on my way. Only to find out tail light was not working. Tire extremely low. Never again Abra.

There was a dent on the back of the car that was not there when we dropped the vehicle off. The staff refused to make any accommodations. They did not go over a pre drop off checklist to go over existing damages. I feel like I made a mistake choosing ABRA for repairs. I asked if the damage could be repaired there and they refused to do the repair. Completely dissatisfied. I will never have a vehicle repaired there again.
