My only complaint would be the notifications. I received a text message on a Thursday saying my car would be ready the following Monday. I get another text message Friday saying my car will be ready Monday. I recited a call from your representative 15 minutes before closing Friday evening saying my car was ready and asking when was I going to pick up the car??? Didn't like this at all since I made arrangements for Monday thinking that was going to be when the car was ready.
