Made an appointment to have mirror fixed. Customer service rep said he would order the part and it would possibly take 4 hours to complete job. I was fine with that and made the appointment for the following week. When I showed up the part had not been ordered and customer service said they would order the part and I could reschedule and come back the next day. Wondering why I made the appointment in the first place?? Not the easiest thing to try and reschedule with 3 kids and car seats. Talked to store manager and he assured me the part would be ordered and in and they could get it taken care of promptly. Rescheduled for another day and when I brought the vehicle in this time it took them less than a half hour to replace the mirror!! They also seemed annoyed that I went ahead and wanted to talk to a store manager about the problem, so when I went back in they were not very friendly. Customer service not the best as far as I am concerned. I will take our vehicles somewhere else if we need body work done in the future!

Everyone who helped me from the moment I walked in to leaving with my exceptionally repaired vehicle was great! I dealt with Chris for the repairs and he was very thorough and precise. They even offered to call enterprise for my rental car pickup.

Everyone at Abra was friendly, helpful, and attentive. I worked with John and he kept me updated every step of the way. Would return here if I needed any additional work done!

Dennis and Jena went above and beyond to ensure my final cost came in at the estimate amount. They additionally made a special effort to rub off various scratch marks on the body of the vehicle. There remains a slight dent that wasn't seen in the initial body work and they're working well with me to fix that, too.
