The final work was done very well, however, the communication can be improved - I was originally told repairs would take 5 business days but the repair actually took 11 business days. This would have not been a problem but I was told each day that the vehicle would be ready 'tomorrow' which was difficult to plan around travel, work and a rental car. Final product was done well but improvement is needed during the customer service process.

The front door that was repaired closes with a slight rattling sound. A chrome molding at the top of the rear replaced door is not secured. It's good mechanically. The color matches perfectly. The doors seem to fit well. Thank you for the delivery of our vehicle.
