My car looks brand new, and I can't believe how fast you fixed it!

This is the first time we have had the need for auto repair in many years. I was concerned about the hassle factor that we may be in for. The experience with Abra on Seaboard Lane was very positive. My interaction with Dawne and Errin could not have been better. They were both helpful and professional. Great work.

They were very friendly and took care of the job in a timely manner. Very good customer service.

I was upset that the estimator did not fix everything he said would be fixed and did not put me on the schedule at all. I called on a Friday to confirm Monday drop off and found out I was not even on their schedule and they already had 80 cars on the schedule for the week. But I think Dawn or Donna could tell I was upset so she made time for me. It took the entire week instead of the 2 or 3 days I was told by estimator, but I can understand they were slammed. I was not too happy when I picked up car and realized something was not fixed. They showed me what I signed so it was completely my fault for not carefully reading what I signed. One of the girls went to talk to manager, but I decided to leave and just live with it since it was my fault. I was actually shocked that the girl and the manager came outside as I was loading car and he told me they would fix the area that wasn't fixed at their cost and not deal with insurance at all. He said they were proud of their work and want customers to leave completely happy. I was very impressed that there are companies out there with that kind of work ethic. They made mistake with schedule and fixed it instead of just saying "sorry" ,AND, unless it turns out to be false, they're willing to fix something they don't have to since I signed papers. I was very impressed and will definitely tell my clients about Abra.

Christina Sepulveda is AWESOME!! She is directly responsible for why I am so satisfied with the experience I had with your company. Her communication throughout the process kept me, not only sane, but up to speed on the status of my repairs. I'm grateful to her!
