Friendly people, convenient location, beautiful work and done in little time. I am glad that I selected ABRA to take care of my car. Both the out side and I side looked better than when I left it. I have used your services previously and been extremely satisfied. I don't know if it is the change in staffing at this location or some other factor, but your customer service through this most recent visit has been lacking. My car was towed to your facility and it took over 24 hours for any contact with me. At that point it was merely a quick phone call (where I asked for a separate quote on possible other work) and an email from your secretary to sign forms. No explanation of the form was given. Luckily I've been through this before and understood the form. It took another 24 hours for my rep to contact me - with basically no info. It took another 24 hours for the requested quote on other work - and then it was sent to the wrong person and only find when I called her. I wasn't given a specific time or date that my car would be finished until I got a call at 4 pm saying my car was finished and could be picked up - your text said it would be another 24 hours. When I arrived for pickup my rep couldn't be bothered to even come outside or meet me. The receptionist was cold and not altogether professional or helpful. After coming to your business over the last 10 years I don't think I'll be coming back again unless you make significant changes. I'm sorry, but that's he truth as I see it, I really miss the old secretary - she was personable and helpful, but also empathetic and that really made all the difference is a trying situation. I wish you all the best.

Your automated "message system" entered my name incorrectly at the start. I then kept getting what were designed to be "personalized" messages, but they clearly were part of some automated system, since they kept using the wrong name. The person in charge of my car --Andrew--was great, and he admitted that once a name was in, it couldn't be changed, even if it was the wrong name. You spent a lot of money trying to look "personal" -- spend a tad more to get this automated system right.
