Abra took such great care of my jetta and I couldn't be happier! Andrew was on top of everything and kept me updated and informed on everything that was happening with my car! I also love knowing that if I ever have any issues with the work they did I can simply take my car back to them and they'll fix it bf make it right! Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful!!! I'll always choose Abra in the future!

We, unfortunately, have experienced two automobile incidents within the most recent 3 months. In each incident, Abra was selected to repair the vehicles involved in different states. The repairs were made by professionals, quoted by professionals and my family, in both instances were delighted with the service we received. In Salt Lake City, Brian treated us with respect, was truthful and completed the work as committed. His courteous representation was admirable and his "over the top" efforts really impressed my daughter and wife. Brian went beyond our expectations and delivered excellent customer service. If we require body or glass work on any of our vehicles in the future, we will phone Abra. Further, any opportunity my family has to make a recommendation to family or friends, we will express our positive experience at Abra. Having owed or operated several private and public businesses, I recognize the value of positive customer experiences and Brian managed that process well. You should encourage that level of customer satisfaction and put a little something extra in his paycheck this week.
