There was a small alignment issue with my trunk lid after by repair, so I called the shop and they said bring it right in, and they immediately took the car back and made an adjustment and got it taken care of in maybe 30 minutes.

Someone with out handicap plates or car tag parked in the Handicap zone which I needed. The Abra personnel told me to put my rental into there garage. The Expedition SUV I had was enormous and the garage entrance was not. I hit up against the concert entrance. I now have another $500 deductible and two accidents on my record. That attempt to get in the Garage was expensive. It would not have happened if the Handicap stall was open.

Yes, it was a job well done. But also with a job well done on my car it was the atmosphere in the building. Everyone seemed happy and friendly. Very comfortable feeling. Your team members, A shout out to Ann and Brandon they were very helpful, friendly, efficient and kept me informed about my car. Asked if I had any concerns... Anna from Enterprise was very nice.. I can’t remember her name, the lady at the desk... very nice. Thank you all!!! A very nice experience!! I will definitely recommend ABRA......!!!!!!!
