Could not compliment you enough about my recent experience with Abra. After spending $2,500 at a dealership to get mechanic repairs done to my vehicle, I hit a deer on the way home. After the experience I had with the dealership, I was not looking forward to starting the whole process over. Most specifically Lisa and Tim should be complimented on their excellent customer service. I selected Abra because it was close to my work and a preferred repair company for my insurance but I would recommend them to anyone. Within the hour of calling Lisa, my car was dropped off and I had a loaner vehicle for the length of my repairs. Tim kept me informed during the week to update me on the repairs. When it came time to pick my vehicle up, it looked better then the day I drove it off the lot thanks to the awesome detailing. Not very often you can brag about exceptional customer service, but I would like thank you for making a dificult experience pain free. Thank you.

Deanna did a great job keeping us up to date as to the condition of our car. I also appreciate that she stayed after hours to allow us to pick up the car after the repairs were done. All in all, we had an excellent experience with ABRA and would gladly do business with them again.
