Deanna Emerson and Scott Ackerman were my contacts and I will definitely recommend Abra because of how well I was treated every step of the way. No one laughed at the bungee cords holding my bumper on...instead, Scott made them more secure and they held up for 2 trips to Illinois until the car could be fixed. Seriously, very few companies really give top notch service. Abra is in the top 5 percentile. And...my car was returned cleaner than when I bought it! Abra rocks.
