From the minute I walked into your facility and walked out,it was a pleasant experience. Tim was very professional and nice. He even moved my granddaughters car seat from the rental car to my car.I also liked how Tim called each day to give me an update. I would use Abra again if I ever need car repair. Lets hope not! Lol
