I feel that service king should do a much better job of accurately identifying where exactly a vehicle is in its repair process. Being told for a week that the vehicle is currently being painted when the vehicle has actually not been painted yet is unacceptable.

They took care of my car and cleaned it nicely removing all the sap at the end. I would use them again. The front of the house receptionist Amy was careful and very helpful and reassuring. She was a pleasant smile to the fave of service king.

Estimate said 4 days and it took 8 business days and a weekend. Phone calls were not returned and only **** update was called to me the day before car was ready. Shawn said he would call me next morning but never did. If I had not called him I prob still would not have my car. The only reason he called me because I hung up on his voice mail becausehenever returned my calls. He because me to see who called him and that's when I asked if my car was ready and he said yes. Not sure how long it had been ready for pick up. Poor communication in regard to updates and returned phone calls. I would no refer anyone. Amy atfrontdesk was great! I would give my experience a 6.
