Pro Quality Collision West

I've used Pro Quality in the past and am pleased with the actual work done on my vehicle. However, I am totally dissatisfied that the work was not completed within the promised time frame. I brought my car in on a Friday for Kevin to assess the damage on my right rear quarter panel and he wrote up an estimate & told us to bring it in first thing Monday morning and it would be completed by Friday. Sounds good. When I called Friday to come and pick up my car, I was told it was not ready due to the "weather" (?) I didn't realize that they paint the cars outdoors! Hummmm... I was told 'maybe' Saturday it would be finished. In the meantime, my rental car was due to be turned in & I had to extend it until Monday; at my own expense. I just called, Monday 8:45 AM. Not sure when my car will be ready. Integrity is lacking from my experience with Pro-Quality. Sadly disappointing. MKRigdon
