Stickers were left on new parts. Fog light bulb was hanging in fog light bezel. Little drop of fluid on a lower shield.

Excellent results (the car looks beautiful and runs perfectly), great at updating me throughout the process; they take pride in all they do. Although the car accident was a rather traumatic experience, it was a great comfort to know that my car was being taken care of while at Service King. From the time I first contacted Setice King, everyone was wonderful. Even though schiediling is done from a call center, the transfer was smooth, and I never had to repeat my personal information. Sylvia at the front desk was very warm and pleasant. She greeted me by name each visit. Alex Perez was a most excellent service rep. He explained all the repairs thoroughly, and provided updates on a regular basis. I never felt out of the loop or had to question anything. Alex was professional with heart. I did not interact with any of the repair team, but their work was wonderful. I'm very pleased with how the repairs were completed. Thank you for a very pleasant and easy experience! Laura C
