I appreciate the helpfulness, the friendliness and the willingness to answer ALL of my questions shown by every staff member I spoke to. A young man on his way out for lunch came over to the desk where I was standing to make sure that I was being helped. I definitely did not feel neglected, nor did I feel out of my element at all. The email updates were informative and very welcome, especially the one assuring me that my Toyota was happy to be there and getting fixed. I had to chuckle at that one. Thank you for excellent service. You have a great team.

The one problem was not your fault. The Enterprise rental car office was mismanaged. The representative was not helpful.

Excellent service. Very happy with your update system (texts and emails keeping me updated on my car's status). Employees were helpful and friendly. Well I realize it is a different company, I do want to mention that I am very dissatisfied with the level of service I received from the in-store Enterprise employee.

You all are the best! Ashley is not only competent at the front desk, but is also pleasantly open to any & all questions. She has excellent social skills. Jessica, too, has a professional comfidence that I found to be very reassuring. I totally trusted her estimate of my car repair, & her explanation about what needed to be done.
