Excellent service! Jessica kept us up to date on everything and let us know we could contact her at anytime. The car is restored perfect and the entire experience was totally hassle free. If work is needed in the future, I will certainly use service king and, I will highly recommend them to anyone I know that is needing collision repair work. Jessica couldn't be any better at her job. The car was cleaner than when I took it in for the hail damage repair, including the interior. The only downside was the cleaning odor which had started to disperse alrady. I couldn't find any hail damage that they missed, either.The exterir overall looked better than it has in a long time. The repair was completed as promised and on time.

Dave Pauletto took the time to explain the process of what was happening. He was genuine & informative. I appreciate his willingness to be patient, answer my questions, & the way Service King had only one person communicating during the process. I believe it kept any confusion level to a minimum. Service king first point of contact was frustrating. The agent offered to help with rental but was clueless with a time frame for repairs even though I was transferre to the repair shop and back again with no answer. No one could help with a time frame to make a prudent decision on rental. The agent became annoyed because I said I needed to know if it was worth getting a rental or not. Sensing the attitude, I didn't get a rental. I end up being without my vechile for a week and had to manage with some difficulty meeting prior engagements and obligations. Third point of contact, PROMISED to call back with an update on whether more damage is beyond the first facial inspection and would cost more and approximate time frame for repairs. This was not done... 4 hours after the time of promises called, I had to call for an update. Vechile took longer to repair and I was not satisfied with the first repair so I had to leave the vechile for corrected repairs to the repairs and had to make another trip to pick up the vechile. So I was not satisfied with the complete overall experience although I was pleased with my second inspection of the repairs. The vechile was cleaned properly, no epoxy resin left on the rear of vechile, and no paint smudge and scratches on brand new bumper.
