I will be working with management over the next week, but in short.. The car took nearly 6 weeks to be completed, the car was delivered unfinished (badges not reinstalled), I can still see the indentations from scratches on the spoilers, hood, and trunk, as well as a dent remaining on the hood, and there are hairline scratches in several locations on the new paint. Also, the passive entry no longer works on the drivers side.

Was very pleased with a job well done. Curtis was very helpful before we left the car to be repaired. He told us how long it would take and they were a day early. We had our Yarus repaired at Serice King a few year ago and was completely satisfied with the workmanship as well as the office staff that helped us and we find we have the same good feelings about this experience.
