The text alerts don't match reality. Please don't say "we are nearing the final stages" 4 days into an 8 day project. It's misleading and hard to plan around. 4/8 is only half way done. 7/8 is in the final stages. Also the silly texts like "your vehicle is safe and sound and about to feel better" are not needed. I wasn't looking for a baby sitter, I was looking for a body shop to fix my damaged vehicle. It seems like you take pride in the quality of the actual work, and rightfully so. However the update process should reflect that same quality.
