I had the best experience at Abra on Pierce st. in Westminster, CO. My experience there was better than any auto body place I've been before. I've been to Abra at the Pierce location about five times over the last eight years. They have always been awesome. This time seemed even more exceptional. I went in thinking that I'd have to wait a couple of hours for an estimate on hail damage. Well, the woman who helped me was very friendly. Brandi I think her name is. She said I could just leave the car right then and there and Abra would start the repair. I thought that's great since I needed to get back to work. When I got the car back it looked BRAND NEW! I was amazed. Truly. It looked so nice and new. The work looked perfect to me. Also, they got it done a few days sooner than I had thought. So, in the end I'd give them not just a '10' but an '11'. I was very happy. I'm excited that it got done so quickly. And I'm especially excited that my car looks new! Thanks to all the folks at ABRA!!! It was a VERY easy experience!!! -Nathan B

The staff was friendly and helpful. I was given daily updates on the progress of my car and when it was ready they called me. I was also able to set up a later time to pick up my car to accomodate my work schedule.

Your service was better than the dealership! I had no idea what to expect. I was notified every step of the way. The work appears to be perfect.
