Very accommodating. Made sure that my answers were resolved. Kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. The ONLY issue I had was today when I picked up my car. There were 3 ladies at the front. It took several minutes for me to be acknowledged and then helped. I was fine waiting but it’s nice to at least be acknowledged. Also one of the ladies was asked a question about another claim by another employee. She seemed a little harsh with the situation and the employee simply just asked if she could help him out. Nothing severe but not handled very professionally especially in front of another customer. I did find it a little odd that I wasn’t shown what work was done on my car and made sure i approved of the work. It looks great and I knew it would I just thought that was a little odd. The whole process was extremely easy and was helped out in every way I needed. My car looks great!

I really enjoyed needs in your company I'd recommend them to anybody I was late for an appointment or just about to get everything to help me through the process as quickly as possible when I arrived. Also the estimated time of the vehicle being completed and to my surprise they work completed a few days early that's never the case so I was so happy. They went above and beyond to help me have a good experience and to my surprise they were also able to drop off the car to my work so I didn't have to pick it up because I had to work late. Best company I've ever worked with before when it comes to body shops. Thank you guys so much.
