Your service was top-notch except for your receptionist with the red hair she was very ditzy irresponsible and did not have my appointment did not tell the people I was there until after I had stopped there for 40 minutes and lot did not have my file ready I would suggest getting a new receptionist. Wrong tailgate was installed. My trick came with gate assist and was replaced with an aftermarket gate without gate assist. I discussed this with the geico rep at abta before repairs amd he said the correct gate would be installed. It wasnt.
