I think it took longer than necessary, 10 days, to fix my car. I was advised it was due to parts ordered time delay. I'm not sure I believe this.

I don't have one suggestion for improvement because I was really totally satisfied. The girl at the front desk was speedy and efficient in everything she did. Joe Lotus was my contact guy at Abbra and he was great, respectful and attentive. Okay, maybe you could figure a way to move the front desk more to the center across from the front door. Then the person at that desk doesn't get wind blown every time someone enters and exits. And that person would be closer to the copy machine as well. (Just saying)

I'll be returning again so you can reconnect the secondary horn tone and to aim or re-aim the new headlight you installed. This frustrates me because you had my car for close to 6 days before I was able to pick it up and that was after I couldn't pick it up the first time because there was an issue with the bumper that needed to be fixed again.
