Car was delayed 11 days from first day estimate with most of the delays coming on the last week with very Poor communication aboout the delays with lack of returning voicemails and updating the status on the website. Communication was good initially during the first 3 weeks but then became poor as the targeted completion date neared. The work overall seemed to be good (it was a big job) although there was some paint on the headlight that was missed.

Appreciated the updates. It gave me a sense that everyone was working hard to get the repairs made in a timely matter. I also appreciated the concern you had for me being without my car though all was well because I had a second car. When I went to pick up my Honda, I was late by my standards because I got there at 5:58 and Caroline was there waiting for me. She gave up her previous time to check me out so I could get my car.
