Dent was found after repairs that was not fixed. Did get in right away but when I went to pick up my car it was not washed like I was promised by the manager and I waited over 30 min just to get my car back. Poor customer service and poor workmanship

This is the second repair I had done at Wilburn and I have concluded that the only thing better than the high quality workmanship is the extraordinary level of service. Erin and Inge work as a team to make you feel like family while a Scott kept me informed about the progress of the work on a daily basis. They are all to be commended. I will never go anywhere else for body repair to any of my personal vehicles.
