The body work was outstanding but when I drove the car in the parking lot it had a loud metal grinding noise when the brakes were released. My ABRA rep will be contacting me on Monday 9/14 to discuss problem. I chose not to leave the car over the weekend because I needed a vehicle. My rep Sean was amazing! I can't complain about anything except for this minor issue.

Upon checking out, the customer service person told me you could not honor by debit card which basically put me in panic mode. I called the credit union immediately and the rep told me the expiration date was incorrectly entered. She stayed on the phone with me while your customer service person successfully processed my card. I attribute this to it being close to the end of a long day for her. Crystal Ritch & I inspected the body of the car and everything was in order. But after I turned in the rental vehicle and you were closed, I discovered the front driver's side floor mat was missing.
