I am not sure if it was Kayla or Katie (pretty sure I spoke with Kayla every few days, but Katie signed the card) but the follow up was impeccable. I am a Human Resource Manager at a retail establishment and let me just say you have a diamond of a hire there. She was always so pleasant on the phone. Called back exactly when she said she would and made me feel confident in the team that was performing the work. The follow up emails were great.
The work itself looks great, the team definitely returned the vehicle in much better shape than I dropped it off in, and I am not even talking about the repairs. Top notch service and I will surely recommend your establishment to anyone needing auto body work!!!
