Great getting updates over the phone on my car but the updates in email should be more informative than just that NY car is almost done. Maybe, what stage it is in, pictures, a time frame of completion. Melanie was awesome when I spoke to her on the phone with the updates and helping speed up the process and answer my questions. But more should be invested in emails.

Michele Guzman was exceptional. I brought my BMW in for collision damage and had the windshield replaced by another company while it was in for the collision repair. The windshield repair was botched and yielded additional water damage not related to the collision damage. Due to the excellent service I received from Michele, I opted to have ABRA repair the water damage. Michelle owned the completed repairs and I could not be more satisfied with the results. Michele's professionalism and dedication to your customers is nothing short of perfection. She truly cares about the deliverable and it shows in her attitude and demeanor. While this may seem like an 'over the top' review - you should see my car. From the added touch up paint to her making sure my headlights' matched in brightness after one was replaced, I am truly impressed and will remain an ABRA customer from hereon out.
