I spoke with Mary when I first called in. She was very nice and helpful. Kevin Dyke took care of my truck while it was at ABRA. He called me everyday to explain what they were doing to it. When I picked it up I was very happy with the job they did. I will defiantly recommend friends to call ABRA.

Michelle wa more than prompt with her communication and keeping me up to date on the progress. I never imagined someone could create a great experience with a damage repair as easy as she did. Turn around of the repair was faster than I expected and the results were amazing.

I was beyond impressed with the level of professionalism, knowledge, and how fast my car was repaired. Typically, I am extremely cautious and a tad skeptical when I drop my car off to be fixed, but this was the first time I didn't feel this way. I was spoken to with respect, providing me with the "why's" and "have tos" in an easy to understand manner. Most importantly, it was important to Michele Guzman that I understand her and she made certain that she was making herself clear and available to answer any questions, at any point. Although I hate to admit this, excellent customer service is often times more difficult to find these days. My experience with Michele was nothing less than a 10 out of a 10 - and I will not only recommend you, but will utilize your services again, if needed. After receiving car at 0745 on 01/13/15. I noticed extreme wind noise coming from driver's window while going home. It was not there before. Back door's tint has deep scratch in it. And finally, I had to detail driver's side of car for over spray from their detailing.
